- We ensure quality by beginning with trained personnel. Currently, none of our pruners have less than 5 years of experience pruning trees. All of our pruners have been trained by an ISA arborist and have rich prior experience. In most cases pruning work is performed by individuals having no less than 20 years of experience.
- All jobs are supervised or performed by an ISA arborist. Our arborist picks personnel with clean safety backgrounds. Much of our pruning work is also carried out by our certified arborist and owner- Craig Erickson. Having an arborist on site to supervise or perform work sets us apart from our competition.
- All employees speak English regardless of ethnicity or gender. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not leave jobs in the hands of untrained crews that you cannot speak to. This also sets us apart from our competition.
- Our crew leaders are local and know the trees of the Bay area . We take pride that our crew leaders are from the Bay area, and know the trees and climatic conditions here. We know how much we can prune for the climate and the type of trees our customers have.
